Facilitated within the community, a Strong Young Minds Clubs run for 7 weeks, with a 1.5 hour session once per week.
Topics will include:
* Individuality & Identifying Strengths
* Positive Friendships
* Friendship Fires & Bully-proof Skills
* Growth Mindset & Resilience
* Social Skills
* Calming Strategies
* Healthy Mind, Health Body
Strong Young Minds provides a safe and supportive environment and a great opportunity for children to develop new friendships.
All participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
